Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once the food has been delivered or collected. This policy ensures the safety and hygiene of our food products.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Quality Issues: If you discover any quality issues with the food upon receipt, please contact us immediately.
    • Take clear photos of the issue and send them to info@heyflash.co.uk .
    • We will review your claim and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
  • Delivery Errors: If the wrong item is delivered, please inform us as soon as possible with evidence, and we will provide a resolution.

3. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

  • Late Pick-Up or Delivery: If you fail to collect your food or are unavailable during the agreed delivery time.
  • Change of Mind: Orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to a change of mind.
  • Mishandling by the Customer: We are not responsible for any issues arising from improper storage, thawing, or reheating of food after delivery or collection.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-Orders: Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up or delivery time.
  • Same-Day Orders: Cancellations for same-day orders are not accepted.

Refunds for cancellations will be processed at our discretion and may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
