  • Delivery: Evening delivery is available on Saturdays and Sundays for cash-only payments. Delivery zones and availability may vary; please check with us beforehand.
  • Market Collection: You can also collect your food directly from our market locations. The schedule and locations are regularly updated on our website.

Hey Flash reserves the right to decline or cancel any orders that do not meet our requirements.

3. Payment

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
  • We accept cash and other payment methods for pre-orders; however, delivery orders on weekends are cash-only.

Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Cancellation and Refund

  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
  • No refunds or cancellations are accepted for orders canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • In the event of a quality issue with our products, you must notify us immediately with photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and provide appropriate resolutions at our discretion.

5. Food Processing and Storage

  • All food is prepared following strict hygiene standards and UK Food Standards Agency regulations.
  • After preparation, food is cooled, vacuum-sealed, and frozen to preserve quality.
  • Upon receiving your food, please store it in the freezer immediately and consume it within the recommended timeframe.

Hey Flash is not liable for any mishandling of food once it has been delivered or collected.

6. Minimum Order Policy

  • A minimum spend of £30 applies for certain online pre-orders.
  • Delivery fees may apply for orders below the free delivery threshold, which is subject to change.

Hey Flash reserves the right to adjust these terms without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Hey Flash. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.
